Welcome to the openAOS developer pages
Now that Archos have published a Special Developer Edition firmware, opening their generation 6, 7 and 8 devices to all developers, we created this project to have an platform for alternative operating systems that will run this device. Here you'll find everything to run alternative operating systems on your Archos (generation 6 devices: Archos5 and Archos7; generation 7 Android device: Archos5IT; generation 8 Android devices: 28, 32, 43, 70, 101).
