Welcome to the openAOS developer pages

Now that  Archos have published a  Special Developer Edition firmware, opening their generation 6 and 7 devices to all developers, we created this project to create an alternative operating system that will run this device. Here you'll find everything to run alternative operating systems on your Archos (for now primarily generation 6 devices: Archos5 and Archos7; and soon generation 7 Android devices).
