= Fixed FBReader package for Angstrom on A5 =

FBReader is included in the Angstrom source distribution, but does not build even with the Angstrom toolchain, because of a large number of trivial C++ incompatibilities. I have fixed these, and also forced the use of screen taps to page up and page down (as the A5 has no keyboard). 
I have repackaged with icons from the desktop distribution, since these are a more sensible size for the A5 screen.

I have attached the source code diffs. I'm still looking for a home for the package itself, as it's too big to attach to this page :/
