Accelerometer

• Kernel Module is mma7456l.ko. it can be extracted from the Archos firmware and insmod in the OpenAOS port. Event device is created but not taken into account by the system ?

Audio

• The build is configured with Generic audio support (see device/archos/gen7/BoardConfig.mk). Need to switch to proprietary audio (include libaudio.so somewhere ?)

Bluetooth

• No support

Wifi

• No support

GUI

• SLX/ES Support will crash the build at boot time.

To reproduce;

• Download and install the  TI OMAP Android Graphics SDK
• Mount your rootfsfroyo.img somewhere (e.g. /mnt/rootfsfroyo)
• run the following commands;

  export DISCIMAGE=/mnt/rootfsfroyo/
  cd [omap_ddk_directory]/gfx_rel_es2.x_android
  ./install.sh --no-x --no-bcdevice
  

• Unmount and boot the image.

The normal error is "0: eglInitialize(0x1) failed (EGL_BAD_ALLOC)" and the boot freezes.

Power button

• The power button is misbehaving, long press get the reboot/airplane mode menu, but unpress it make the device goes to sleep

Shutdown issue

• if left for ~2min, the device shut down by itself (sleep mode not handled ?)

SD Card

* Not recognised
